Colorado spirits enthusiasts are abuzz with excitement as a new distillery prepares to open its doors in Fort Collins. The Gnebriated Gnome, set to replace the former Feisty Spirits at 1708 E. Lincoln Ave, promises a unique and whimsical experience for patrons.
Crafting rum started as a simple winemaking hobby for the owners, but has since blossomed into a full-fledged business venture. Drawing inspiration from adventure and the world of Dungeons & Dragons, the Gnebriated Gnome aims to provide a playful and carefree environment, perfect for socializing over a drink.
The heart of the distillery will be a stunning mahogany bar, complemented by an inviting outdoor patio that exudes a laid-back ambiance. The menu will feature an eclectic selection of rum varieties, along with creatively crafted cocktails boasting imaginative names like Gnomey Rodger, Hunka Hunka Burning Rum, and Gnightmare.
In addition to rum, the distillery plans to expand its offerings to include beer in the future. The establishment, a family-owned pub, is scheduled to open its doors officially on Friday, September 22. The grand opening celebration, running from 4 to 8 p.m., promises an evening filled with rum tastings, delectable food, and live music performances by Alex Annan and Ben Hall.
